The staff here are super friendly and you can tell they really care about making your stay great. The room was impressively clean. It was massive and had everything you could need, from fresh towels to an extra bed and plenty of room to store your things. 🌟

The staff here were very flexible and the room was newly renovated and soundproofed.

The beds were good, the room was modern with comfortable beds. The location was fantastic, right by a huge plaza. There was a great restaurant, a shopping area and all the main shops next door.

Excellent service, even though a few employees were uncooperative. It was perfect, spacious and with a terrace.

The location was amazing on a lively square with colorful characters outside. It was close to the metro, restaurants, shopping, and lots of restaurants nearby.

The rooms were huge with good size bathrooms and the breakfast was amazing and well-priced, making this place lovely and amazing.

Great spot here! Just a short 500 meters stroll to a bustling plaza. Rooms were clean and really quiet, which was a big plus. 🌟

The location of this place is great, being close to a large urban plaza and near a pedestrian street and Metro station.

The room was soundproof with a modern kitchen and balcony, and the location was great for accessing Teatro Rialto.

Stay here and enjoy your Madrid trip. the hotel is nice with great facilities. the staff are super friendly and outstandingly accommodating and offer wake up calls and ironing free of charge.

The location of this hotel is excellent. It is right in the heart of the city center, with the Grand Via and Puerto Del Sol just a short distance away. The main shopping street is also right there, with plenty of shops, restaurants, and bars to explore. The staff at this hotel were very helpful and friendly. They were available all the time and even allowed us to check in early and store our luggage prior to check-in. Their attention to detail was commendable. The rooms at this hotel were clean and had adequate space for our needs. The basic amenities provided were exactly what we expected. The hotel was an incredible value for three people sharing a room.

The wooden flooring in the rooms did make them a bit noisy at night when people would come in. However, this is a minor issue that cannot be helped.

The place was very clean, and they had free Wi-Fi. It's located right across from a subway station, and we had no complaints, we loved it here.

The location was convenient, great to easily explore the city's museums, restaurants, and attractions. the staff was friendly and helpful, providing excellent communication both before and throughout our stay.

The apartment was big and perfect with a terrace, so that guests had essentials. A microwave oven, an electric kettle, and refrigerators were a huge plus. - The location was super and awesome; You can visit an iconic street by walking. - This was my great stay for four nights.
